– The Lana, Dorchester Collection — Middle East Debut

China Tang at The Lana marks the restaurant’s first entry into the Middle East, bringing the iconic elegance of London’s Mayfair to Dubai. Spanning over 8,000 sq. ft. across two levels, the space unfolds into an immersive dining experience featuring:

• A statement main dining room

• Secluded private dining spaces

• An open-air terrace

• A richly atmospheric bar & lounge

Working in collaboration with North51 Consulting, a Hong Kong-based design team, and an international project group, our team delivered a full turnkey interior fit-out. Bespoke crafted elements — including the decorative raft ceiling, ornate bar counters, and a custom basket-style metalwork reception desk — were manufactured at our facility in Bahrain and transported to Dubai for final installation.

A Luxury Dining Benchmark — Executed to Perfection

China Tang embodies luxury dining, and our execution ensures the design vision is seamlessly realised while supporting efficient restaurant operations. From structural modifications required for the new lift and staircase to the final layers of finishing and joinery, we worked across time zones and evolving specifications with precision.

Among the most challenging elements was the illuminated feature wall, perfected through multiple full-scale mock-ups to achieve flawless colour balance, consistency, and ambience — a highlight of the final interior.
